Everyone must have a look at the Land and Environment Court site for its responsibilities as you all have to deal with the Court

The Environmental Defenders Office is a not-for-profit community legal centre specialising in public interest environmental law. They help the individuals and community groups who are working to protect the natural and built environment. Access their facts sheets through their website below and then follow the links.
