Everyone must have a look at the Land and Environment Court site for its responsibilities as you all have to deal with the Court

The following site is also useful to all groups and is a special site full of Fact Sheets covering Environmental issues and the law. The Environmental Defenders Office is a not-for-profit community legal centre specialising in public interest environmental law. They help the individuals and community groups who are working to protect the natural and built environment. Access their facts sheets through their website below and then follow the links.

There is also a separate link here to a summary of their publication the Environmental Law Tool Kit and all students should check this out as it has a summary of the legal situation and even suggestions as to how to go about putting your case to the public and the Land and Environment Court.
