CRITERIA	MARKS
- Clearly explains social, political and cultural developments and events and evaluates their impact on civic life in Australia - Clearly explains different perspectives and interpretations of events and issues - Selects and uses appropriate oral and graphic forms, including ICT, to communicate effectively as individuals and in groups about the past for different audiences	17-20 (Band 6)
- Explains social, political and cultural developments and events and explains their impact on civic life in Australia - Demonstrates an understanding of different perspectives and interpretations of past events and issues - Selects and uses appropriate oral and graphic forms, including ICT, to communicate as individuals and in groups about the past	13-16 (Band 5)
