EXAM TIPS
- Work out a special exam preparation timetable
- Set specific revision tasks
- Work in 30-45 minute period with 5-10 minutes break between each
- Exercise regularly
- Eat regular meals
- Sleep in your normal sleep pattern
- Work actively through your notes again
- Plan answers to questions, either past questions or potential questions
- Do not write prepared essays unless you know the question and, if you do this, check with your teacher that you are headed in the right direction
- Practise your writing. Stick to the topic. Avoid padding
- Be familiar with the technical words of your subject
REMEMBER
- The point of exams is to test what students know, not what you don't know
